Ingredients:

-2 bunches of asparagus, washed, cut and stems cleaned

-2 12 oz containers of Philadelphia whipped cream cheese

-1 4.5 oz jar of chopped garlic

-Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. In a medium size bowl, add the cream cheese, 4 heaping tablespoons of the garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside

2. In a large saute pan with vegetable steamer, steam asparagus until al dante. Quickly submerge into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking for about 5 minutes. Remove and pat off any excess water. Set aside

3. Take 1 slice of the prosciutto and lay out flat on a cutting board lined with wax paper

4. Spread about 1 tbs of the cream cheese mixture onto the prosciutto

5. Place 2-3 pieces of asparagus on the prosciutto (this depends on how large/fat the pieces are)

6. Wrap the prosciutto around the asparagus and place on a baking sheet sprayed with pam

7. Cook in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown
