Ingredients:
-1 box of multi colored rotini pasta
-3 large peppers, one red, one yellow one orange, diced
-1 can of black olives, drained
-1 large block of Polly-O mozzarella cheese, diced
-1 large bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
Directions:
1. Boil pasta al dente, drain and rinse with cold water
2. Add all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix
3. Keep refrigerated
Notes:
It HAS to be Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing. I've tried every single bottled italian dressing out there, we feel this is the best.
Often, the dressing soaks into the pasta once refrigerated, so you may need to add more when you re-serve.
