Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

-2 lbs thin sliced chicken breast, washed and dried

-1 cup flour

-½ cup canola oil

-2 tbsp butter

-2 large lemons sliced

-½ cup fresh feta, crumbled


Directions:

1. In a large bowl, add the flour

2. Take the chicken breast and flour all sides, plate and set aside

3. In a large saucepan on medium/high heat, heat the oil and butter until bubbling

4. Cook the chicken breast until golden brown on both sides. About 3 minutes on each side

5. Remove chicken and add the lemon slices to the pan

6. Cook the lemon slices until they start to brown. You might need to add a little more butter to make sure you have a little sauce

7. Pour remaining liquid and lemons over chicken and top with the crumbled feta
