Grilled Shrimp


Ingredients:

-2 lbs large shrimp, cleaned, shelled and deveined

-⅓ cup olive oil

-3 garlic cloves, minced

-1 tsp paprika

-1 tsp red chili paste

-Juice of 1 fresh lemon

-½ cup fresh basil, chopped

-Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

1. In a large Ziploc bag, add the shrimp and all of the other ingredients. Mix well

2. Keep in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours

3. Grill on a high heat grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side
