Grilled Artichokes

Ingredients:

-6 large fresh artichokes

-Juice of 1 lemon


Directions:

1. Cut tops of artichokes and peel off first layer of leaves

2. Take juice of lemon and squeeze on top of artichokes

3. Steam artichokes on high heat until fully cooked - approximately 20 minutes

4. Cut artichokes in half and clean inside of choke

5. Grill artichokes for about 3 minutes on each side
