Cropsharing Salad

Ingredients:

-2 heads of romaine lettuce

-16 oz can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

-3 avocados, sliced

-1 lb of bacon, cooked well

-5 Watermelon radishes, sliced

-1 lb of green beans, ends trimmed and blanched

-3 pears, cored and sliced

-Salt and pepper to taste


Notes:

I call it a crop sharing salad because I joined a Community Supported Agriculture called Flocktown Farms and received fresh, amazing vegetables every week from a local farm. I plan my meals by whatever they send me that week.


Dressing Suggestion:
