Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients:

-½ cup canola oil

-¼ cup champagne vinegar

-¼ tsp salt

-¼ tsp pepper


Directions:

1. Put all ingredients into a sealed container and shake

2. Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days


Notes:

I use this for my grilled radicchio and shrimp salad, sweet potato salad, and endive and pear salad.
