Ingredients:
-2 ½ cups blueberries
-1 cup sugar
-2 eggs, lightly beaten
-1 stick of butter, melted
-¾ tsp salt
-2 cups all purpose flour
-2 tsp baking powder
-¼ tsp almond extract
-1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
-¾ cup of milk, whatever kind you prefer
-⅓ cup coarse sugar
Directions:
1. Spray bundt pan and pam
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
3. Cream the butter and sugar
4. Add the vanilla extract, almond extract and eggs
5. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt & baking powder
6. Add the flour and milk alternatively to the batter mix until well combined
7. Add the blueberries and stir carefully so they do not burst
8. Pour the batter into the bundt pan and cook for 30-40 minutes
9. Cool for at least 30 minutes and remove from pan
10. Place cake on a wire rack and sand with the coarse sugar
11. Continue cooling for at least an hour
